Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that we are closed on Sunday and Monday, orders placed on these days, or on US holidays, will be processed the next business day.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is provided by USPS and does not account for our processing time. Please factor this in when estimating your arrival date. We reserve the right to take additional processing time during busy seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, product drops, and holidays.


Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days from the time they are scanned in at USPS. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Moments Exotic has no control over shipping times once a package has been dropped off with the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Track your package anytime at usps.com.


Shipping Insurance

Every order automatically includes $100.00 USD in shipping insurance at no extra cost, covering your product and shipping costs up to that amount. If your order value exceeds $100.00 USD, the amount above is uninsured unless you purchase additional coverage at checkout.

PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE HERE

Moments Exotic is not responsible for any order value above $100.00 USD that is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping if additional insurance was not purchased. In the event of a claim, you will only be eligible for up to your insured amount regardless of your total order value.

We strongly recommend purchasing full insurance coverage for high-value orders.


My Package Says Delivered But Is Not Here

USPS GPS can sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely when a truck is near your area. Wait 24 hours as packages frequently show up the next day.

If it has been over 24 hours:

  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number

  • Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/doorman

  • If still missing, file a claim directly with USPS (see below)



Filing a Claim

Because most of our items are custom and one-of-a-kind, we are generally unable to reship orders. Please file lost or damaged package claims directly with USPS at: usps.com/help/claims.htm

To file you will need:

  • Your USPS tracking number

  • Your full name, address, and phone number

  • The shipper's name and address (found on your packing slip)

  • Your order confirmation showing total value and item descriptions


USPS has strict deadlines for filing. Do not wait if you suspect an issue, as missed deadlines cannot be accommodated. If your claim is approved, USPS will refund you directly up to your insured amount.


Abandoned Packages

If 45 days or more have passed since the last tracking activity on your order and we have not been contacted, your order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not eligible for claims, refunds, or reships. Please contact us as soon as you suspect an issue to avoid missing carrier deadlines.


Returns and Exchanges

Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if we made an error such as sending the wrong item. If this happens, please contact us at hello@momentsexotic.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.


Wrong Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email us immediately from the email address used to place your order,with the subject line:

URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name as listed in billing

  • The correct shipping address


We cannot guarantee we will see your request before the order ships. Once a package has left our facility, the address cannot be changed. No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.


Return to Sender

If your package is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will notify you at the email on file. To have your order reshipped, you will need to purchase a new shipping label. Once payment is received, we will reship your order promptly.


Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable before it ships, we will refund you for that item and fulfill the rest of your order. You will be notified by email if this occurs.


Fraud and Chargebacks

Moments Exotic takes fraudulent claims and chargebacks seriously. By placing an order with us, you agree that any chargeback filed that is found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith will be disputed with full documentation including order details, tracking information, and communication history. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from any customer found to have filed a fraudulent claim or bad faith chargeback.


Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from your order or use of our services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
