Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please use our Size Chart to determine what size would best fit you. All items have sizing details listed in the description. If you have any sizing questions, please contact us at hello@momentsexotic.com as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to products not fitting.
If you cannot find your size on our size chart, please contact us to place a custom order or email us at hello@momentsexotic.com .
If you have not received your order or it is lost, missing, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping provider. All orders are insured with each carrier in case of any accidents on the shipping providers end. Moments Exotic Dancewear is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged packages or their contents.
All outfits are made to the measurements on our size chart. When you purchase, you are agreeing that you are aware of the measurements stated on our size chart for each outfit in your order. If you do not like how the outfit fits, Moments Exotic is not responsible to allow returns if the size you selected matches the measurements on our size chart. If you believe you have received the incorrect size of an outfit that you purchased, please send photos with measurements and your order number to hello@momentsexotic.com
Our business hours are Tuesday- Saturday 11am-8pm. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please do not message on social media. In order to make sure we don't miss any messages and are able to provide you with the best customer service possible, we provide customer service by email only.

If you have filed a claim for fraud against Moments Exotic in any nature, all future orders will be automatically refunded and will not be fulfilled. If you have requested a refund for an unfulfilled order, you will have all future orders refunded. If you have signs of fraud during your first order, you will be subject to verification via email. If your order has been flagged as fraudulent by our automated system, Moments Exotic will contact you for additional verification via the email you provided with the order. If you do not respond within 72 hours, or we do not receive the proper verification from you, the order will be refunded back to the payment method you provided at checkout. If you do not respond to multiple contact attempts from us, all future orders will be automatically refunded and will not be fulfilled. Moments Exotic does not guarantee the purchase of or hold any item due to any of these circumstances.
All available outfits are already made and ready to ship unless marked otherwise. Please provide your exact measurements for custom orders. Custom orders will be made to fit the exact size that you provide so make sure that you know your exact measurements, as no refunds or exchanges will be allowed due to your error in submitting your measurements. Orders will not be refunded per policy of no cancellation, no exchanges, no refunds and all sales are final.
