We can do absolutely NO exchanges or refunds due to the sanitary nature of the items. Please reference our Sizing Chart before you order. We are happy to do a sizing adjustment, or slight alteration on items to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the fit of your new items. When will my order arrive? How do I track my order?

All ready to wear items are shipped within 2 Business Days (Tuesday-Saturday). After your order is shipped USPS usually takes 2-3 business days to deliver. Express shipping usually arrives 1-2 business days after shipping. When your order is shipped a tracking link will automatically be emailed to you. Once your order has been shipped, Moments Exotic is not responsible for the package. Please contact USPS for tracking updates.  

If you require EXPRESS SHIPPING and want to ensure your items arrival by a certain date please use the Contact Form or email us at hello@momentsexotic.com before you complete your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Once your order has been shipped, Moments Exotic is not responsible for the package. Please contact USPS to file a claim.  

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Yes. The packaging does not reveal what is inside. 

How do I find my size?

We accept cash, all major Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and Western Union. 

Can you make changes to one of your designs? 

Simply fill out our contact us form and include the item name, and the changes you would like to make ( different color, thicker band at top,etc) and we can create a custom order link for you!

Stores hours and location?

Our physical store at 6760 W. Beloit Rd. is open Tuesday-Saturday 11AM-8PM.

Do you make custom pieces or only ready-to-wear?

Both! All of our stripper outfits are handmade and ready-to-wear, as long as you're ready to order! We also offer 5 custom slots each month for custom orders to bring your unique ideas to life.

Will the rhinestones fall off?

As long as you follow our Care Guide they shouldn't! If they do, let us know and we will replace the rhinestones :)

Are your pieces hand-wash only?

YES...but also, just look at the Care Guide pleaseee❤

 

Custom designs are 100% non-refundable. The payment is used to purchase fabrics, materials and LOCK IN your order. So once a payment is paid we immediately use it to purchase the materials/fabrics to make your custom piece; therefore, we can not issue refunds under any circumstance.

 

Since custom pieces are made one by one, by hand, to each customers specific measurements, and fabric requested, custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to make. If you need your custom order by a deadline you can elect to place a RUSH ORDER and receive your piece earlier. Please allow 2-5 days standard shipping time on top of any production time. Express and overnight shipping are also available for custom orders.

  

It is VERY important you give us the correct measurements. Waist (measure the smallest part of your waist without sucking in) and hip (measure the fullest part of your hip/butt). Walmart, Jo Ann's and Michael's have measuring tapes available for $1. Alterations shops and local seamstresses can take your measurements for free as well. If you can not get exact measurements and need to order immediately, please email hello@momentsexotic.com your bra size, panty size,numerical pant size, T-Shirt size,  and a front and back picture of you and we will provide you with estimated measurements immediately.
